I n the morning your safari driver guide will take you t o Tarangire National Park. Tarangire National Park is located at the northern part of Tanzania i n Manyara region and i t is about 2 hours drive from Arusha city. After arriving you will process the registration and use some washrooms i f you need t o do so.
Tarangire National Park has the highest population density o f elephants i n Tanzania. Tarangire comprises o f herds u p to 300 elephants which scratch the dry river bed for underground streams, also the migratory wildebeests, zebras, buffalos, impalas, gazelles, hartebeests and elands. It's the greatest concentration o f wildlife outside the Serengeti ecosystem - a smorgasbord for predators - and the one place in Tanzania where dry-country antelope such as the stately fringe-eared oryx and peculiar long-necked gerenuk are regularly observed.
