Day 1: Tarangire

After breakfast, your safari driver-guide will pack your picnic lunch boxes in a new and well-prepared 4×4 Land Cruiser vehicle, ready for a safari to Tarangire National Park. This park has the highest population density of elephants in Tanzania. It is home to herds of up to 300 elephants that scratch the dry river bed for underground streams. Later you will be transferred to your accommodation for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 2: Serengeti

Today you’re off to the famous Serengeti National Park, home of the great migration. The drive is spectacular as you drive up the crater highlands, stopping at the rim for a birds-eye view of the amazing Ngorongoro Crater. spread out before you as you crest the hillside, is the vast Serengeti, meaning “endless plains” in Kiswahili. This 18,000 sq. km park is inhabited by more than 2 million large animals, including more than a million wildebeest, hundreds of thousands of plains zebras, and Thomson’s gazelles. Large predators including lions, cheetahs, and hyenas are drawn to the area by this abundance of prey which migrates throughout the park.

On the way into the Serengeti, you have the option to stop at the famous Olduvai Gorge, where the discovery of the first man that walked the earth took place. After attending a short lecture describing the archaeological digs and geology of the gorge, you’ll have time to visit the small museum.

Day 3: Full Day Serengeti

Waking up in Serengeti is marvelous, you will be able to hear various sounds of birds, and different wild animals, together make the total complete of the sound of Serengeti and the real African beauty.

Today you will have the whole day game drive to this most wonderful ever place in the world. You will continue with the game drive till evening.

After the whole day game drive and searching of wildlife such as lions, beautiful zebras and gorgeous giraffes, buffalo, cheetah and shy leopards you will be transferred to the camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Serengeti then Ngorongoro

Today you will wake up very early to do a morning safari before breakfast. You will spot the animals when they are more active and you will also experience a fantastic sunrise. The sunrise in the African savannah is one of the most beautiful experiences one can have. After the game drive, return to the camp for brunch. In the afternoon, transfer to Ngorongoro, the 8th natural wonder of the world. With walls of 2,000 ft high and a crater floor that spreads for 102 sq. miles, the crater is a virtual noah’s ark, inhabited by almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa, including the rare black rhino. In fact, the crater has the greatest concentration of wildlife on the planet. The large bull elephants that reside here have extremely large tusks, due to the rich mineral content of the volcanic soil and its grasses. You will arrive in Ngorongoro in the afternoon.

Day 5: Ngorongoro Crater

Very early in the morning, you will descend to the crater floor for a day of wildlife viewing in one of the most incredible places on earth. After a stop for a picnic lunch near the hippo lake, and more wildlife viewing in the afternoon, drive up the steep road out of the crater and return to Arusha later in the evening.
